Yes you can pick up your purchased metal from our Dubai UAE office anytime between 0900hrs to 1800hrs from Monday to Saturday. 

We diliver to any address with in UAE, However, if you wish you can purchase the metal and store it with us using our free storage for metal valued upto AED 45'000 or competitively priced plan for larger volume storage.

Due to security reasons, we do not allow any unauthorized person to access our secured vault. However, you can simply control your storage by logging in to your member's account. In addition, you can withdraw the stored item or sell it at any time by using the button next to the item inside your personal storage page.

Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be changed/ modified. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions section of the webpage.

You cannot exchange the already placed order. However, you can sell your stored metal with us at any time and enjoy capital gain on the metal. You can then buy another type of metal, should you wish to have a lighter-weight item in your storage. 

The price difference between two products of the same weight comes from their premium level. The premium is part of the price covering our costs and margin. It varies depending on the product's specifics, craftsmanship, and associated costs (production, handling, warehousing, etc). Therefore a cast bar and a minted bar of the same weight will have a price difference.

No. There is no minimum or maximum amount. You can sell us back all the products you currently store in the VK Kohinoor vaults.

In order to guarantee the quality of our precious metals, VK Kohinoor only buys back those products, which are currently stored in our secured vaults. We cannot buy from you any products that have been delivered or stored elsewhere. To sell your stored products, simply go to your Wallet page and select the products you want to sell. 

Once the sale is completed, you will receive the money in your VK Kohinoor Pay account. You will then be able to make a withdrawal to your bank account. We will proceed with the transfer within the next 72 hours.

We do not buy products that have been shipped or bought outside of VK Kohinoor. VK Kohinoor only stores products bought on our platform and only buys back products, which are currently stored in our secured vaults. Once delivered, your products are no longer available for resale or for storage at VK Kohinoor.

VK Kohinoor will buy back your stored products at SPOT price (also known as the market price). There will be 1% admin fees deducted from the total invoice amount. Please note that we only buy back products bought and stored with VK Kohinoor.

When placing your order, simply select the "insured storage" option in your cart and we will directly store your precious metals in our secure vault. Your list of the stored products will then be directly accessible on the Wallet page of your online account. Note that we only store products bought on our platform and, once delivered, these products can no longer be stored in our vault.
